This repository provides a collection of Claude Skills that extend Claude’s capabilities with specialized knowledge for software development workflows. Skills are automatically activated based on your task and work in Claude.ai, Claude Code, or via the API.

The collection includes skills for code review, architectural documentation, pull request automation, R and Python package development, CRAN submission preparation, Shiny app development, Quarto authoring, and release management. Skills are organized into categories (posit-dev, open-source, r-lib, shiny, quarto) so you can install only what’s relevant to your work. Each skill provides domain-specific expertise like generating release checklists, writing package tests with testthat, managing deprecation workflows with lifecycle, or creating brand.yml files for consistent styling.
